Become Fractional Advisor at IWE

IWE works with founders of 1–20M EUR companies in Central Europe who need senior CFO and COO support, but not a full‑time executive. We are building a small, curated network of operators who like working hands‑on with SMEs and are happy to engage part‑time.

As a fractional advisor, you help professionalise finance and operations, remove bottlenecks, and give founders the confidence to scale. Individual engagements are typically a few days a month, with clear scopes and a focus on tangible outcomes rather than slide decks.

If this sounds like you and you have a track record in senior finance or operations roles, we’d be keen to start a conversation. Use the button below to introduce yourself and share a brief overview of your experience and the types of companies you work best with.

To initiate our conversation simply click the Join Us button below.

Below you can see some key requirements for the mostly demanded fractional roles.

However do not hesitate to apply in case you posses other managerial experience (e.g. CEO, CMO, CIO, CTO, product or data management) or extensive specific set of skills - we would be happy to get in touch and elaborate possible opportunities.

Fractional CFO

Requires advanced financial expertise, proven strategic leadership experience, and strong communication skills to guide companies in financial planning, reporting, and growth.

Candidates typically hold relevant degrees and must demonstrate technical proficiency with financial systems, and the ability to deliver process improvements under part-time or project-based arrangements.

Fractional COO

Requirements for the fractional COO role include deep operational expertise, strong process optimization skills, and proven experience translating strategic vision into practical action across multiple business functions.

Successful candidates must demonstrate team leadership, change management capabilities, and exceptional communication to drive efficiency, support growth, and manage cross-functional projects under part-time or interim arrangements.
